For your protection and at our discretion, we may ship your item with a signature required upon delivery at no additional charge. Typically this applies to businesses and apartment buildings or items with high value. The addressee does not have to be the person to sign. Please take this into consideration with regard to the address where you choose to have your order shipped.
SHIPPING RATES and TIMES
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed and shipped the next business day. To help you follow the process of your order, you will receive two emails, one will be a confirmation that your order has been received and the other will be a shipment confirmation number, if applicable. Please Note: Confirmation Numbers are not available for USPS 1st Class International Orders
WNT assumes no Responsibility for lost or damaged merchandise due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to local customs/mail procedures, theft, inclement weather, or other circumstances that could in rare instances inhibit the arrival of your package. Shipments by FedEx, while still subject to the aforementioned statement, are automatically insured by FedEx up to $100 and are completely trackable up to the point of delivery.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason WNT offers replacement or full refund of purchase price, if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer, the information can be found on the manufacturers web site or on the warranty or guarantee paperwork included with each item. When you receive your order please read these carefully as each item has a period of time and conditions for which they apply.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition and must be accompanied by your invoice. We can only refund shipping charges if the return is the result of our error.
